In San Pablo de Turrubares is a project already successful and selling rapidly to the Costa Rican market. The intended market is upscale, awaiting luxe homes, in a peaceful rolling terrain. Phase 1 is already constructed with services and gravel roads, and mostly sold.

The subdivision will be gated for extra security, and water and road upkeep and security will be provided by a separate company for an association fee.
